WAVE WEEK FESTIVAL
The inaugural Wave Week Festival was a journey across the Croatian Islands. Whilst staying on yachts, guests travelled between islands and stopped for a new party each day, featuring all night DJ sets, supper clubs, and burlesque shows.
As a festival in its first year, the project was constantly changing and adapting. My role included creating a concise project plan that identified key production and budgeting milestones. As a luxury event, there were many partners that helped create this bespoke experience and managing relationships with them whilst driving marketing goals was key to the momentum of the project.
After developing a marketing plan I worked closely with external PR teams to ensure campaigns were successful in our short timeline, providing briefs, content and copy to various outlets.
Liaising with Croatian suppliers and venues from the UK was an essential challenge when it came to ensuring the smooth sailing of this event. Along with venues and suppliers, I worked closely with musical talent bookers and management to produce the outstanding underground lineup that was in line with our target audience and event settings.
